Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Clutch DNA Sports Curriculum platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Description of Service

Clutch DNA provides a sports-based Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum platform designed for educators, schools, and districts. Our service includes educational content, lesson plans, and tools to help students develop character, confidence, leadership, understanding, tenacity, and health through sports.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account

Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on Dashboard
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in suspension of service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Clutch DNA platform are owned by Clutch DNA or our licensors. You may use our materials solely for educational purposes within your organization and may not redistribute or resell our content.

Limitation of Liability

Clutch DNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
